Measures to Prevent Coal and Gas Outburst Accidents-Yiguang Science and Technology

1. It is strictly prohibited to use caving coal mining method, hydraulic coal mining method and informal coal mining method in outburst coal seam, and it is strictly prohibited to use pneumatic pick to drop coal in the mining face of outburst coal seam. 2. Within the influence range of concentrated stress in the same section of the same outburst coal seam, two working faces shall not be arranged for mining or tunneling. 3. When the roof and floor of the outburst coal seam are excavated into the rock roadway, the geological data must be verified regularly, and the construction dynamics and dangerous rock changes must be grasped in time to prevent the outburst coal seam from being penetrated by mistake. 4. Before blasting coal in the mining face with outstanding danger, all eye holes without charge shall be filled with incombustible materials, and the filling depth shall not be less than the blasting hole depth.

5. For coal seams with outburst danger, regional outburst prevention measures such as mining liberated seam or pre-pumping coal seam gas should be taken.
6. When double uphill tunneling is adopted in the sharply inclined outburst coal seam, a contact lane shall be opened between the two uphill seams, and the distance between the contact lanes shall not be greater than 10m. Only one working face shall be allowed for the uphill and contact lane. When the blasting operation is used in the uphill driving face of the outburst coal seam, the long-distance full-section blasting with a depth of not more than 1.0m shall be adopted.
7. Before blasting of the mining face with outstanding danger, the support of the mining face must be strengthened, and the back side is connected to the top.
8. The use of seismic blasting must follow the relevant provisions of the above.
