Sprocket, roller, drive wheel and rail chain links, these are easy to wear parts, but, according to the implementation of daily inspection or not, there will be a large degree of difference. Therefore, as long as it takes a little time for proper maintenance, it can be well controlled. If it continues to be used when part of the supporting chain wheel and the roller cannot operate, it may cause the roller to wear out, and it may also cause the wear of the rail chain link. If an inoperable roller is found, it must be repaired immediately! In this way, other failures can be avoided. If you repeatedly walk on the inclined ground for a long time and turn suddenly, the side of the rail chain link will contact the side of the driving wheel and the guide wheel, thereby increasing the degree of wear. Therefore, walking on inclines and sudden steering should be avoided as much as possible. Straight travel and large turns can effectively prevent wear.
Bolts and nuts should be carefully checked: when the machine works for a long time, the bolts and nuts will loosen due to the vibration of the machine. In particular, the bolts and nuts on the lower walking body are easily affected. If you continue to run the machine when the track shoe bolts are loose, there will be a gap between the bolts and the track shoe, which will lead to cracks in the track shoe. Moreover, the generation of the gap may also enlarge the bolt holes between the crawler and the rail link, resulting in the serious consequence that the crawler and the rail link must be replaced because of the inability to fasten. Therefore, bolts and nuts should be checked and tightened regularly to reduce unnecessary costs.
The following parts shall be inspected and fastened: track shoe bolts; mounting bolts of support wheel and support chain wheel; mounting bolts of driving wheel; bolts of traveling piping, etc. Parts that do not require maintenance should also be inspected.
